Businessman Harutyun Pambukyan offers to buy “Armavia” company from Mikhail Baghdasarov, with his Moscow partners. The company has serious financial problems and “Rosaviatsia” insists on Armenian market’s opening in front of the Russian airlines.

“Pambukyan offers his Russian partners to buy “Armavia” with 55 million dollars” – Gazeta.ru wrote without disclosing the names of Russian investors.
